we will match the competitor's pricing. However, do keep in mind that the shipping costs of the competitor will be taken into account in determining

carries the exact same product and the product's price is less but the vendor's shipping costs are quite
a bit higher we will reserve the right, whenever a price matching request is made, to deny the request for that reason.

Despite that there may be times that a product may need to be returned for various reasons.
Cabinet Hardware Solutions wants to make the return process as simple and pain free as possible. To accomplish that
we have developed the following return policy:
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it within the
first month of receiving your order, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. Any returns made after the one month
period but before the three month period will have a 25% restocking fee applied. Any returns made after the three month period but before five months will receive a 50% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after five months. To receive a full refund on your product return you must pay any shipping charges associated with shipping the product back to
Cabinet Hardware Solutions. Refunds will not be made until the product has been received by Cabinet Hardware Solutions.
All returned product must be in its original packaging and be in good condition.
All items being returned require a RMA number and will not be eligible for a refund without one.
Cabinet Hardware Solutions is not responsible for items that are damaged outside of normal shipping processes. To receive replacement
for any damaged product be sure to inspect your order for damaged product immediately upon receipt of your shipment. If upon receipt any items are discovered
to be damaged please contact us immediately! We will replace the damaged product with no extra cost to you.
Also, if a product is found to be defective upon receipt of your shipment we will replace it at no cost to you.
When you contact us to receive replacement for damaged or defective items we will issue a call tag
and provide you with instructions for shipping the product back to us
